Threadway (Packet-Tweaker)

A cross-platform desktop client for selective, per-flow tunneling. It builds a self-hosted overlay network (one where you run the coordinating authority yourself), so you decide exactly which flows get routed through a user-space network stack and which leave your machine untouched. Built on Tauri + Rust.

Cyberhound

A persona-and-device tracking toolkit that inverts Chasing-Your-Tail's counter-surveillance logic: instead of flagging unknown devices near you, it builds a fingerprint of a known target persona and confirms their devices on a shared network. Combines RF persona profiling with on-network presence confirmation — “3 of 6 of the target's devices are here.”
